Project Details: Tatlim & Tatlim Import needed a web site to promote the sale of their Turkish miniature carpets. The authentic Turkish patterns and intricate details of these carpets needed to be shown; however full images just could not be placed on the site due to long download times. Cathy worked with another designer to scan all of the carpets and create a very effective online catalog using small images of the carpets with magnified insets to show a detailed area. To help emphasize the authenticity of the carpet patterns, a section was included on the history of Turkish carpets.
